Utilising mainstream, evidence-based approaches, Lauren helps her clients recognise unhealthy emotional or behavioural patterns and facilitates the development of better ones. She encourages her clients to speak openly and uninhibitedly, while she remains unbiased and non-judgmental.
Lauren is a highly qualified and nationally registered practitioner who studied at Monash University and holds degrees in Psychology, Psychotherapy, and Counselling. She is a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Drawing on her expertise from a wide variety of disciplines and interests, and fastidiously monitoring industry developments, Lauren is able to tailor her services to the specific needs of each individual client. Lauren is available to speak at workplace conferences, wellness retreats, and private events. Sessions vary in length from 30-minute seminars to half-day workshops depending on the specific needs of your attendees and organisation. Popular topics include conflict resolution, relationship building, stress management, improving sleep quality, and increasing motivation and productivity.
One-hour individual sessions are $150, and one-hour couples or family sessions are $200.
